Poori recipe.

Ingredients

  • sooji half cup
  • Water 2 glass
  • Baking soda 1⁄2 Tbs
  • Salt(as per taste)
  • Oil 2Tbs
  • Flour 50gm

Preparation

STEP #01
Gather all the ingredients together to make poori. Mix all the things properly until no lumps left.
STEP #02
Put warm water into the flour mixture and make a soft dough. Cover it with a plastic foil and set aside for 2 hours to rise.
STEP #03
Apply oil on your hands and make a thin roti.
STEP #04
Add oil in a pan for deep frying.oil should be hot enough to get a good texture of poori. Best breakfast recipe is ready by #foods session


Step 1

Add sooji in a bowl of flour. Add salt, baking soda, and oil.


Step 2

Mix all the ingredients properly till all the lumps disappear. Add warm water slowly and make a dough. Cover the dough with a plastic foil for 2hours.



Step 3

Apply oil on your rolling pin, hands and on the base where u will make roti. Make a thin roti and then fry it in oil.


Step 4

The oil should be hot otherwise it wouldn’t give you a good texture. Serve hot with #foods session’s masala chana.
