Chana daal recipe.


The recipe is so easy that you would be going to recommend it for your breakfast or lunches by Foods Session



Ingredients

  • •Chana
  • •Tomato 2 (chopped)
  • •Haldi 1 Tbs
  • •Onion 2 (chopped)
  • •Red chilli powder 1 Tbs
  • •Salt( as per taste)
  • •Coriander powder 1 Tbs
  • •Coriander leaves
  • •Green chillis 4
  • •Water 2 glass
  • •Oil 2 Tbs

Preparation

STEP #01 Arrange all the ingredients

STEP #02 Take a pan and put oil in it, add 1 Tbs of zeera and cook for 2 minutes. Add onions, ginger garlic paste and mix. Now add red chilli powder, Haldi powder and coriander powder, mix.

STEP #03 Add some water and cook till the oil separates. Add green chillis, tomatoes and mix. Cover it for 5 minutes. Press the tomatoes so that’s they disappear. Cook masala for 5 minutes on medium flame. Now add chana dal and mix well.

STEP #04 Add water. Add crushed kasoori methi and cover for 10 minutes. Prepare Tarka if u want and garnish it with boiled eggs. Serve hot.

11.Add crushed kasoori methi and cover for 10 minutes. Prepare Tarka if u want and garnish it with boiled eggs. Serve hot.
