STEP #01 Soak the moong daal overnight before making halva. Collect all the ingredients. STEP #02 Put soaked moong daal into the grinder and make its fine paste. STEP #03 Cook the paste in 1 cup (0.24 l) of ghee add all the ingredients and cook it until the light brown colour appears.
