Mitthi tikiya recipe.

There some sweets that you can prepare at home easily and can enjoy it anytime. Daily cravings need something different and this is that different element. Perfectly fried non-oily crunchy crispy biscuits which is just what you need. So #foods session present you a different element for your daily craving.


  • Flour /Maida 250 gm
  • Milk 2 cup (0.47 l)
  • Suji 250 gm
  • Sugar 1 cup (0.24 l)
  • Sasseme seeds 1 cup (0.24 l)
  • Ghee 1 cup (0.24 l)


STEP #01
Arrange all the ingredients.
STEP #02
Add suji, maida, and milk and make its dough. The dough should not be hard nor soft it should be in between and firm for a perfect Tikki shape.

Now make a normal roti and cut the shapes with any round cutter or cap.
STEP #04
Fry the Tikki until golden brown from both sides and serve mithhi tikkiya is ready by #foods session.

Step 1

Dissolve sugar into the milk with the help of whisk until sugar completely dissolves. Take maida in a bowl and add 250g suji and mix. Add sesame seeds in it and elachi powder.

Step 2

Now add ghee in maida and suji mixture in a way that it combines properly and completely. Now add milk slowly and make a dough. Cover it with plastic foil and place it for 1 to 2 hours. After 1-hour place the dough on a base and press it and tackle it for almost 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 3

Make a normal roti and cut it with a help of a cutter or any cap for the perfect shape. Add oil in a pan for deep frying preheat it on medium flame. Put tikkiya in oil and fry it until light brown color appears from one side for at least 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 4

Fry it the same way from another side. Place it on a stand until it crisps. Serve.
