Ingredients

  • Mash daal boiled 250 g
  • Tomato 2 (chopped)
  • Onion 1(chopped)
  • Garlic
  • Oil 3 Tbs
  • Garam masala 1Tbs
  • Daar cheeni
  • Elaichi
  • Laung
  • Cumin seeds
  • Black seeds
  • Green chillis 3
  • Salt(as per taste)
  • Kasuri methi 3 Tbs.

Preparation

STEP #01
Arrange all the ingredients.
STEP #02
Fry masala and daal into oil.
STEP #03
Add spices and mix, cover for 5 minutes.
STEP #04
prepare Tarka and serve hot.


Step 1

Take a pan and add oil. Put all sabut masala in oil and fry. Now add garlic and cook.


Step 2

Add boiled mash daal and fry on medium flame. Add green chilies, salt, and cook. Now add tomatoes and cover for 5 mminutes.



Step 3

Mix well. Add Kasuri methi. Now prepare tarka.


Step 4

Add oil in a pan and fry onions and sabut laal mirche. Add Tarka in mash daal and garnish it with ginger.
