Kaleji Masala Recipe.

Ingredients

  • Mutton kaleji 1⁄2 kg
  • Ginger, garlic paste 1 Tbs
  • Curd 2 cups (0.47 l)
  • Garam masala 1 Tbs
  • Dhaniya powder 2 Tbs
  • Red chilli powder 2Tbs
  • Haldi powder 1 Tbs

Preparation

Wash kaleji properly and add ginger garlic paste in it.

now fry the kaleji with all spices.

Step 1

Wash mutton kaleji properly at least twice. Add the ginger-garlic paste in its mix and set aside. Now take curd in a bowl and add some spices. (garam masala, red chili powder, Haldi powder, dhaniya .

powder), mix well with a whisk. Take 2 medium size onions and sliced ginger, green chilies, and coriander leaves. Make its paste. Now take a pan to add some oil and fry sabut garam masala in it and cook for 5 minutes. Now add the paste into the pan to cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Add kaleji slowly. Cook kaleji on medium flame till the color changes. Cover for 10 minutes. Add curd paste in it.


Step 4

Cook all the spices on medium flame until the colour change and oil separates. Add salt according to taste. Cover for 5 minutes. Cook more for 7 to 8 minutes. Serve.
