Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients

  • •Spaghetti 1 pack
  • •Vegetable oil 1cup
  • •Cabbage 1/2
  • •Carrot 1
  • •Capsicum 1
  • •Lemon Juice (optional)
  • •Salt ( as per taste)
  • •Chicken Powder 1Tbs)
  • •Soya Sauce 1Tbs
  • •Corn Flour 2Tbs
  • •White Paper 1Tbs
  • •Black paper 1Tbs
  • •Vinegar ½ Tbs

Preparation

 STEP #01 Boil the spaghetti for 10 min on high flame. Don’t fully cook it. Drain it and add some oil to prevent it from getting sticky.


 STEP #02 Cut the vegetables in Julian and set


 STEP #03 Marinate the Chicken . Add all spices , vinegar and let it marinate set it aside for 2 hours. Cook it on medium flame until it gets tender. The chicken should not be cooked for so long as it will become hard.


 STEP #04 Now mix all the cooked items together and serve hot. And delicious # Chicken Chow Mein is ready by #foods session .

1.Cut the vegetables in Julian.. .

2.Boil spaghetti . stir it and simmer it for 10 minutes until its 70 % cooked .

3. Marinate the chicken 4.Add all the spices into chicken , leave it for some time and let it be perfectly marinated. 5.Add cooking oil into a pan and cook the chicken on medium flame until it gets tender.


Step 4

6.Now saute vegetables on high flame to maintain the crunch. 7.Now add all the cooked things together & serve hot.
